These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZERA mobile app and website (together, the “Service”), operated by ZERA. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use ZERA. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. One account may not be shared across multiple people.
2. The Service
ZERA provides an income-allocation calculator, tracking tools, gamified progress features (ZERA Score, Garden, Orchard), and a referral program. Learn content is available free of charge; the Allocate calculator requires an active trial or paid membership as described in our Subscription Terms.
3. Subscriptions
Paid membership is billed and managed through Stripe on the ZERA website, not through the app store. See our Subscription Terms for billing, trial, and cancellation details.
4. Referral Program
ZERA Orchard lets eligible members earn referral commission under separate Referral Program Terms, which govern eligibility, commission rates, and forfeiture.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to circumvent subscription entitlements, fabricating referral relationships, or interfering with other users’ accounts or data.
6. No Financial Advice
ZERA is an educational and organizational tool, not a source of individualized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. See our Financial Disclaimer.
7. Termination
You may stop using ZERA at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Ending your subscription does not automatically delete your account or historical data.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
