ZERA Orchard Referral Program Terms

ZERA Orchard is a direct referral program. It is not a multi-level marketing program: there are no downlines, no multi-tier compensation, and no earnings for anyone beyond the person you directly refer.
Eligibility
You must have an active, paid ZERA Membership to earn referral commission. Sharing your referral link during your own free trial is allowed, but commission only begins accruing once your own subscription is active. Self-referrals and fraudulent signups are not eligible and may be removed.
How Commission Works
When someone signs up using your referral link and becomes a paying subscriber, you earn 20% residual commission on their subscription payments, for as long as they remain an active, paying member and you remain an active, paying member yourself. Commission does not affect your ZERA Score.
Grace Period If Your Own Membership Lapses
If your own membership becomes inactive (a failed payment or cancellation), you keep any commission already accrued for 30 days. Reactivating your membership within that window restores normal accrual. No new commission accrues while your membership is inactive, even during the grace period.
Forfeiture
If you do not reactivate your membership within 30 days of it becoming inactive, any pending (not-yet-paid) commission is forfeited, and your existing referral relationships are permanently ended. If you resubscribe later, you start over — prior referred members are not reattached to your account.
Payments, Refunds & Adjustments
Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected. Refunds, failed payments, and chargebacks on a referred member’s subscription reduce or reverse the associated commission. Commission accrues to your account and is paid out periodically to a payout account you connect; payouts are not guaranteed income and depend on continued eligibility under these Terms.
No Guaranteed Earnings
Referral commission is not guaranteed and depends on whether people you refer choose to subscribe and remain subscribed. ZERA does not represent that any particular level of referral income is achievable.
Program Changes
ZERA may modify commission rates, eligibility rules, or discontinue the program, with reasonable notice, for future referral activity.
