Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what information ZERA collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

Account information: email address and password (authentication is handled by Supabase; we never see or store your raw password).
Allocation data you enter or track: revenue/income figures, category percentages, custom categories, and tracked income records.
Gamification data: streaks, seeds, ZERA Score, badges, and referral activity.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. ZERA does not store your card number — we retain only a Stripe customer/subscription identifier and status.
Basic usage events (e.g. when you track income, view your targets) used to improve the product.

How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the Service — calculating your allocations, tracking your progress, processing your subscription, and generating your ZERA Coach messages (which use the Anthropic API to phrase a pre-computed, pre-approved signal about your own data — Anthropic does not receive your raw financial records beyond what’s needed to phrase that single message).

Third Parties

We share data only with the service providers necessary to run ZERA: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Anthropic (ZERA Coach message generation). We do not sell your personal information.

Data Security

Data is protected with row-level security so your records are only ever accessible to your own account (or, for billing-related tables, only readable — never writable — by any client). Session tokens are stored using platform-appropriate secure storage on your device.

Your Choices

You can request access to or deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your allocation history, gamification progress, and referral data, subject to any records we are required to retain for billing or legal purposes.

Children’s Privacy

ZERA is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
